Customer Support Agent German

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English & German;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications;
  • Availability to work on shifts;
  • Good critical thinking;
  • Attention to details; Willingness to learn;
  • Experience in customer interaction will be considered an advantage
  • Good communication and persuasion skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with Company clients via diverse means of communication;
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction;
  • Assist with online navigation;
  • Handle all incoming Company clients e-mail/ telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and consistency in customer care;
  • Implementing company policies during all client interaction;
  • Updating day-to-day reports with accurate data;
  • Process all tasks and requests with attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients.
