Corporate Administrator
Responsibilities:
Drafting of letters, emails and other correspondence on behalf of management.
Dealing with General administrative tasks including scanning, copying, etc.
Prepare correspondence and standard administration documents and contracts.
Coordinating with Company’ secretaries, lawyers for relevant matters
Set up and maintain filing systems and spreadsheets
Coordinate flow of information with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate outgoing projects.
Key Skills/Experience:
Relevant College or University degree.
Speak, write and read English and German fluently.
2-3 years previous experience in similar role in an Audit/Accounting/Corporate service firm will be considered as an advantage.
Well-organized and can manage multiple tasks.
Attention to details.
Can work well under pressure.
Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, accounting, internet, and email software.
Basic business understanding.
